Manager, Loan Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the loan servicing team, including training, performance management, and staffing.
• Direct daily servicing operations for complex loan types such as C&I, CRE, participations, and syndications.
• Oversee booking, funding, payments, draw requests, payoffs, and account maintenance.
• Ensure strict compliance with federal and state regulations, internal policies, and controls.
• Serve as a primary liaison for audits, regulatory reviews, lenders, and relationship managers.
• Analyze workflows to implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Oversee reporting and data integrity, including board, investor, and regulatory reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial loan operations and loan documentation.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending products and industry software.
• Extensive knowledge of bank regulatory requirements and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines in a demanding environment.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related subject, such as Business Administration or Finance.
