Manager, Licensing & Distribution, PCS

Responsibilities

• Manage the licensing and electronic implementation processes of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs) for clinical trials.
• Serve as the primary contact for external vendors and internal departments regarding COA activities.
• Oversee operational aspects of COA licensing from study initiation through closeout, including vendor setup and legal reviews.
• Track and report on COA licensing project timelines, financial deliverables, and invoicing.
• Negotiate COA licensing costs and contracts.
• Monitor and communicate expectations to cross-functional project teams to ensure milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain internal databases for licensing requests and project plans.
• Participate in proposal development and sales presentations for COA licensing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, other sciences, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in clinical research, medical affairs, vendor management, or related scientific roles.
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
• Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the drug development process.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
