Manager, LG Channels Content Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution of FAST channel launches, removals, content refreshes, and channel positioning updates
• Manage day-to-day relationships with distribution, delivery, and technology partners including Amagi, Wurl, Xumo, Frequency, and Ottera
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues affecting FAST channels and VOD content
• Oversee VOD content operations including metadata ingestion, artwork management, and content delivery coordination
• Partner with Business Development, Programming, Product, and Advertising Operations teams
• Analyze content performance and operational metrics to identify process improvements
• Support advertising and monetization initiatives through ad tagging and reporting
• Manage content licensing payment workflows and coordinate with finance

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in streaming media operations, content distribution, or FAST/AVOD environments
• Strong understanding of streaming platforms, VOD ecosystems, and metadata workflows
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with streaming CMS platforms and digital content management systems
• Experience utilizing analytics and reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies, Business, or Marketing
• Familiarity with digital advertising operations and content monetization workflows
