About the role
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate hotel agreements, amendments, and related documents at corporate and regional levels
- Oversee the contract repository, ensuring accurate maintenance of contractual details and milestones
- Provide legal advice to European regional teams and support commercial and operational initiatives
- Conduct legal research and manage external counsel for disputes, tax matters, and operational issues
- Develop and implement legal policies, templates, and procedures to drive efficiency
- Support corporate matters for subsidiaries, including entity establishment, liquidation, and statutory compliance
- Coordinate with the global legal department on regulatory compliance, privacy, and trademark rights
Requirements
- Master of law (JD or LLM) from a reputable university
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a legal department of a major international company
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Entitled to work in the European Union
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of other European languages
- Experience with legal transformation and digital tools
