Manager, Learning Outcome & Reporting

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of evaluation plans for new and live learning products
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure learning objectives and assessments are measurable
• Gather, clean, and analyze learner outcome and academic performance data
• Identify trends, risks, and performance gaps across cohorts and products
• Produce actionable reports and dashboards for curriculum and leadership stakeholders
• Support the Evaluation Feedback Loop to inform curriculum refresh and product improvement
• Maintain data quality, documentation, and governance standards

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in learner analytics, education evaluation, or data reporting
• Experience gathering and analyzing learner performance or program outcome data
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
• Experience with Learning Management Systems such as Canvas
• Experience developing reports and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in education, data analytics, statistics, or a related field
• Experience in workforce development, adult learning, or technical training environments
• Familiarity with evaluation models like Kirkpatrick or ADDIE
• Experience working with SQL, Salesforce, or relational databases
• Experience synthesizing qualitative feedback from instructors and employers
