Manager, Learning Operations - Global Courses

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the design, implementation, and metrics tracking of compliance courses and functional learning solutions.
• Support the development and maintenance of global learning policies, tools, standards, and guidelines.
• Oversee the global course calendar and optimize the timing of training campaigns to support business priorities.
• Manage new hire training assignments to ensure required learning is accurately assigned based on function, geography, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with global Course Owners and Legal to ensure mandatory learning meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Provide reliable dashboards, metrics, and insights to enable leadership to monitor progress and identify risks.
• Partner with Corporate Communications to coordinate program launch activities and campaign communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in compliance training oversight and instructional design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Planner, Forms).
• Experience with SharePoint architecture, including development of permissions, lists, and page design.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee course development and metrics tracking.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills to collaborate with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant knowledge or experience with instructional design principles.
• Experience in evaluating training effectiveness.
