About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing L&D team including instructional designers, developers, QA analysts, and implementation specialists
- Define the L&D strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee end-to-end learning solution design and delivery
- Drive scalable content production and delivery to meet growing organizational learning demands
- Establish processes, frameworks, and quality standards for learning development
- Manage stakeholder relationships across business units
- Monitor program effectiveness through learning analytics and metrics
- Drive innovation in learning approaches including digital, blended, and experiential learning
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource planning
- Support scaling the L&D operating model to support enterprise growth
Requirements
- 10-15 years in learning & development with leadership experience
- Advanced degree in HR, Learning, Education, or related field
- Experience building or scaling L&D teams
- Familiarity with modern learning technologies and learning experience platforms
