About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing L&D team including instructional designers, developers, QA analysts, and implementation specialists
  • Define the L&D strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee end-to-end learning solution design and delivery
  • Drive scalable content production and delivery to meet growing organizational learning demands
  • Establish processes, frameworks, and quality standards for learning development
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across business units
  • Monitor program effectiveness through learning analytics and metrics
  • Drive innovation in learning approaches including digital, blended, and experiential learning
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource planning
  • Support scaling the L&D operating model to support enterprise growth

Requirements

  • 10-15 years in learning & development with leadership experience
  • Advanced degree in HR, Learning, Education, or related field
  • Experience building or scaling L&D teams
  • Familiarity with modern learning technologies and learning experience platforms
