About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage scalable learning experiences across multiple modalities, including in-person, virtual, e-learning, and static resources.
- Act as the LMS Lead by managing Workday Learning, including course development, administration, reporting, and platform maintenance.
- Partner with divisional HR teams to translate business needs into training solutions for Talent Management, Onboarding, Inclusion, and Compliance.
- Lead program operations and project management, including training scheduling, communications, and resource maintenance.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using participant feedback, engagement data, and LMS metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Support the Learning & Development Center of Excellence by ensuring all solutions follow scalable frameworks and standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and managing L&D programs for complex organizations.
- Proven experience with LMS ownership, specifically managing operations within Workday Learning.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and leadership development best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel with excellent visual presentation design skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong client service abilities.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity with weekly on-site expectations in Los Angeles, CA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience working in a consultative L&D or HR role within a decentralized global organization.
