Manager, L&E Compliance

Responsibilities

• Design and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with employment and labor laws
• Monitor hiring practices, wages, discrimination, harassment, and workplace violence compliance
• Drive organizational alignment through cross-functional efforts to meet employment obligations
• Define and monitor success metrics to close compliance gaps and drive continuous improvement
• Act as a liaison with regulators and external agencies regarding corporate compliance positions
• Develop and manage compliance risk identification, monitoring, and assessment procedures
• Oversee contractor compliance with all applicable legislations and implement new Labour Codes
• Draft and vet statutory notices and maintain MIS for market and global reporting

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Technology, Product, Ecommerce, or Consulting organizations
• Proven experience implementing and managing employment law compliance programs
• Deep understanding of labor and employment law frameworks and upcoming regulatory changes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented and process-driven approach to compliance management

• Knowledge of international labor laws
