Manager, L&E Compliance

Responsibilities

• Initiate and design policies, guidelines, and procedures to drive employment compliance across the enterprise.
• Monitor compliance programs regarding hiring practices, wages, discrimination, harassment, and workplace accessibility.
• Define success metrics for compliance areas and integrate them into core business metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Articulate corporate positions on compliance matters to regulators and external agencies.
• Manage the development of cross-functional compliance risk identification, monitoring, and assessment procedures.
• Draft and vet all statutory notices and ensure adequate representation in concerned departments.
• Oversee contractor compliance with all applicable legislations and lead Labour Codes implementation.
• Collaborate with training and communications teams to educate partners on legal changes and compliance tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Technology, Product, Ecommerce, or Consulting organizations driving employment charters.
• Proven experience managing and implementing employment law compliance programs.
• Deep knowledge of labor and employment law frameworks and the ability to interpret legal changes.
• Experience with Labour Codes implementation.
• Strong ability to draft and vet statutory notices.
• Excellent communication skills with a detail-oriented and process-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of international labor laws.
