Manager Launches and Switches

Responsibilities

• Provide quality support for product launches, switches, and transfers from third-party European suppliers
• Ensure all projects comply with cGMP requirements and regional/corporate procedures
• Deliver key projects on time while meeting target success criteria for quality-related matters
• Manage communication and collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders
• Establish and maintain regional SOPs for launches, switches, and transfers in accordance with Teva Corporate Policies

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (manufacturing, QC, validation, QA, or regulatory affairs)
• Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, guidelines, and cGMP
• Proficiency in MS Office and good understanding of analytical methods and manufacturing processes
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in written and spoken English
