Manager, Large Customer Sales (Financial Services)

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-performing team by recruiting and retaining top talent
• Drive the team to exceed established revenue targets
• Advise sales and product management regarding market opportunities and strategic planning
• Partner with Marketing to drive new product launches and advertiser acquisition
• Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial and operating targets
• Contribute to the greater Financial Services vertical strategy

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in digital media sales and/or marketing
• Minimum 1 year of sales leadership experience with direct people management
• Experience with direct advertiser sales, negotiations, and strategic partnerships
• Proven experience accessing C-level FinServe client stakeholders
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Experience with brand and direct-response marketing objectives
