Manager-Land Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Source and secure land opportunities across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, developers, municipalities, utilities, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct site selection assessments, including power availability, fiber connectivity, planning constraints, and environmental considerations.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage land acquisition transactions from initial engagement through to contract execution.
• Partner with internal development, legal, engineering, and investment teams to support project delivery.
• Monitor market activity, competitor developments, and emerging opportunities within the Nordic data center sector.

Requirements

• Proven experience in land acquisition, site selection, real estate development, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of the Nordic property market and regulatory landscape.
• Experience working on data center, industrial, energy, logistics, or large-scale infrastructure developments.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex land transactions and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent commercial acumen, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Nordic region.
