Manager, Lab Support

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team to deliver high-quality support for testing activities within the Innovation Center
• Ensure center equipment, chemical handling, and facilities meet safety, quality, and sustainability standards
• Collaborate with the team to create and improve workflows and structured processes aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, materials, and chemicals, to support project needs
• Work closely with R&D teams to integrate testing into product development
• Implement safe and sustainable practices, including responsible chemical management, across all center activities

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience, preferably within Maintenance or Production environments
• Strong technical understanding of utilities and technical environments
• Knowledge of chemical handling and safety regulations
• Strong interpersonal and change management skills
• Ability to develop and implement structured and efficient processes
• Holistic mindset with strong problem-solving skills
