Manager - KYC Fulfilment & Review

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end KYC fulfilment and periodic review processes for all customer segments
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer documentation and data
• Assess and assign customer risk ratings based on geography, products, and ownership structure
• Coordinate with business units and compliance to manage customer onboarding risks
• Support Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) assessments for vendors and partners
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of customer risk assessment methodologies
• Manage escalations and assist in regulatory or internal audits
• Assist with responding to regulator inquiries and maintaining money transmitter licenses

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in KYC, CDD, or customer risk management
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and regulatory expectations
• Strong attention to detail, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TPRM frameworks or customer risk models
• ACAMS or similar certification
• Degree in Finance or Law
