Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage effective resource deployment through manpower planning and shop loading within the Forged Valve Assembly department
• Ensure the completion of production orders within specified lead times
• Monitor production booking during shifts to ensure output delivery as per plan
• Drive continuous improvement by reducing rework and rejection rates
• Maintain shop floor discipline and oversee 5S activities
• Coordinate third-party inspections and offer valves for inspection
• Collaborate with internal departments including Maintenance, MRP, Store, QM, Assembly, and Tool Engineering to ensure process standards and timely delivery
• Ensure strict compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certification requirements
• Maintain compliance with API and TSG certification standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in manpower planning and shop loading
• Expertise in managing production order completion and output delivery
• Strong knowledge of 5S activities and shop floor management
• Experience working within ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 frameworks
• Familiarity with API and TSG certification compliance requirements
