About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead a global Knowledge Management (KM) governance framework to ensure a consistent and unified experience across People & Culture.
- Own the strategic roadmap and evolution of the global KM ecosystem to support international operations.
- Define rigorous standards for content lifecycle, including accuracy audits and proactive expiration protocols.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and governance of global ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or SuccessFactors.
- Develop and execute a multi-year AI Roadmap for the P&C ecosystem, ensuring alignment with ethics, security, and data privacy requirements.
- Map the end-to-end team member experience for AI-driven interactions to ensure technical solutions are intuitive and solve real-world friction points.
- Champion AI literacy across the sector to empower team members to adopt new technologies.
- Oversee the deployment and operational management of a centralized Document Management System (DMS).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Knowledge Management and HR Technology implementation.
- 2+ years of experience in a people leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with ticketing solutions such as ServiceNow or SuccessFactors.
- Solid understanding of AI applications in a business context and the nuances of AI deployment.
- Proven track record of establishing governance structures for content in large, complex organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Management, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English for interacting with international stakeholders and using English-language IT tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- Experience working in a global or multi-regional corporate environment.
- Deep HR domain expertise, including understanding of onboarding, benefits, and leave processes.
