About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year industry business plan for the Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare sector, including financial growth targets, investments, and KPIs.
- Drive sales growth through a "Hunter & Farmer" approach, managing a personal portfolio of over 15 high-value target accounts.
- Lead and support the regional team by monitoring local sales developments, providing industry training, and acting as a strategic advisor.
- Design new industry-specific logistics solutions in collaboration with operational centers and local sales representatives.
- Manage external communications, including industry exhibitions, social media presence, and professional articles to highlight company expertise.
- Oversee the implementation of sales presentations and ensure strategic information is maintained within corporate portals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in industry business planning and strategic account management.
- Demonstrated success in sales growth management and driving regional KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing or supporting regional teams.
- Ability to design complex logistics solutions tailored to specific industry needs.
- Excellent external communication skills for networking, public speaking, and professional writing.
