Manager Key Account Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 3-year industry business plan for the Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare sector, including financial growth targets, investments, and KPIs.
• Drive sales growth through a "Hunter & Farmer" approach, managing a personal portfolio of over 15 high-value target accounts.
• Lead and support the regional team by monitoring local sales developments, providing industry training, and acting as a strategic advisor.
• Design new industry-specific logistics solutions in collaboration with operational centers and local sales representatives.
• Manage external communications, including industry exhibitions, social media presence, and professional articles to highlight company expertise.
• Oversee the implementation of sales presentations and ensure strategic information is maintained within corporate portals.

• Proven experience in industry business planning and strategic account management.
• Demonstrated success in sales growth management and driving regional KPIs.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing or supporting regional teams.
• Ability to design complex logistics solutions tailored to specific industry needs.
