About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead Key Account business development initiatives within the automotive sector
- Achieve sales targets, expand sales territories, and increase account penetration
- Establish and nominate sales teams to approach specific Key Accounts
- Lead commercial negotiations on behalf of the company
- Oversee the business implementation process, including operations, EDI, IT tools, SOPs, and customer reporting
- Maintain a professional business development platform with a target-focused pipeline
- Report all activities in relevant applications and work closely with overseas counterparts to meet customer needs
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or an equivalent field
- More than 8 years of experience in key account management and freight forwarding
- Proficiency with CargoWise and Salesforce
- Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
