Manager JV & Governance LACC

Responsibilities

• Assess financial crimes compliance activities across Latin America, Canada, and the Caribbean.
• Provide guidance on market regulations, policies, and procedures, including GFCC Policy.
• Oversee investigations of complex financial crimes cases, including money laundering, fraud, and sanctions violations.
• Assess emerging risks within the LACC region.
• Act as a liaison between the business, compliance, audit, and regional regulators.
• Drive the execution of global FCC policies and standards, tailoring them to local market nuances.
• Provide support during regulatory examinations and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Advanced degree in Law, Finance, or Business preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in GNS, financial crimes compliance, AML, or related risk management functions.
• Deep understanding of financial crimes regulatory requirements across Latin America, Canada, or the Caribbean.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse markets and regulatory environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of global AML, CTF, and sanctions regulatory frameworks.
• Direct experience interacting with Latin American, Canadian, or Caribbean markets.
