Manager IT Sourcing and Vendors

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of coordination between the business, Digital & IT, Procurement, Legal & Compliance, and external suppliers.
• Drive and execute day-to-day sourcing and contract management activities, including administrative and coordination tasks.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes, including the planning and execution of RFIs and RFPs.
• Support stakeholders in defining requirements and prepare high-quality sourcing documentation.
• Coordinate and support contract negotiations with IT vendors in collaboration with Procurement and Legal teams.
• Manage contract renewals to ensure timely completion and alignment with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Proven experience in IT Vendor Management, IT Sourcing, Procurement, or Contract Management within a digital environment.
• Hands-on experience managing or supporting RFI/RFP processes.
• Strong ability to manage operational and administrative tasks in a structured and disciplined way.
• Professional maturity to act as a key point of contact for both suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Procurement certification is considered an advantage.
