Manager, IT Risk and Controls

Responsibilities

• Own IT SOX readiness for finance, HR, and other systems impacting financial reporting
• Design and improve controls across end-to-end processes including revenue workflows, financial close, payroll, and procurement
• Partner with Engineering, Security, and Finance teams to ensure system logic and configurations support reliable reporting
• Evaluate Oracle Fusion access, role design, segregation of duties, and change management governance
• Support end-to-end audit readiness, including walkthroughs, documentation, and external auditor coordination
• Drive control automation and continuous monitoring across Oracle Fusion and connected platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT audit, SOX, internal controls, or risk management
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience, specifically in an ITGC or audit capacity
• Proven experience designing and testing ITGCs (user access, change management, segregation of duties)
• Familiarity with Workday controls and procurement platforms like Zip
• Ability to translate complex audit and risk concepts into actionable guidance for non-audit partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Big 4 IT audit or SOX advisory
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CPA, or CIA
• Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud or Advanced Controls tools
• Experience building scalable evidence standards and managing SOC 1 report reviews
