Manager - IT Product Management

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT point-of-contact to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams
• Manage relationships with business area stakeholders to deliver customer service-related solutions
• Analyze business requests and engage stakeholders in the prioritization process
• Oversee the coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT) and cutover planning
• Facilitate the translation of business and regulatory requirements to the IT team
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business teams to ensure timely service delivery
• Monitor user feedback and coordinate incident management and resolution
• Drive continuous improvement efforts within business areas and oversee service performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams
• Strong understanding of CIS/CRM systems
• Knowledge of utility customer services functions
• Understanding of regulatory requirements
• Experience managing end-user or customer services functions in a large, complex organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field of study
• Prior experience managing a team with close interaction with business stakeholders
