Manager - IT Procurement

Responsibilities

• Own the global IT procurement strategy across SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and technology services to ensure investments drive measurable growth.
• Negotiate complex enterprise agreements with major vendors such as AWS, Google, and Microsoft to secure optimal pricing and usage terms.
• Implement and scale AI-powered procurement automation for spend analytics, contract analysis, and predictive renewal management.
• Develop vendor performance scorecards to monitor SLAs, adoption rates, and business outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Legal teams to influence build-versus-buy decisions and ensure contract compliance.
• Identify and eliminate waste by managing overlapping tools, underused licenses, and unnecessary auto-renewals.
• Mentor a high-performing procurement team focused on commercial rigour and analytical excellence.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in IT procurement, technology vendor management, or strategic sourcing.
• Proven expertise in negotiating enterprise-scale cloud and SaaS agreements.
• Strong understanding of technical infrastructure to effectively engage with engineering and architecture teams.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience using analytics to drive negotiations.
• Ability to build and manage procurement models, governance frameworks, and reporting dashboards.
