Manager, IT

Responsibilities

• Lead the Infrastructure & Operations team by providing planning, engineering, and delivery of scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Manage and support infrastructure systems and Manhattan WMOS environments, including installation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Plan and allocate resources to manage staff and achieve team productivity, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate system performance daily to ensure adequate response times for production applications.
• Establish and document procedures for data integrity, including system fail-over, backup, and recovery.
• Lead ITIL activities such as Change, Release, Incident, and Problem Management.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through skill-building and career development opportunities.
• Manage vendors and oversee routine hardware and software audits for compliance.
• Oversee the on-call rotation to ensure necessary off-hours support and service delivery.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of Infrastructure experience including Linux/Windows administration and microservices.
• Proven experience with Manhattan WMOS infrastructure.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as RedHat Openshift, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub or GitLab) and IaC tools like Terraform.
• Experience with cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or OCI.
• Experience with identity management tools like Active Directory and Okta.
• BA/BS degree preferred, or comparable professional work experience.
