Manager IT Infrastructure Service Delivery - Connectivity

Responsibilities

• Manage external service providers to ensure compliance with SLAs and optimal service performance
• Oversee end-to-end connectivity services including WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN, and firewall security edge components
• Define service strategies and roadmaps aligned with IT and business goals
• Ensure stable operation of enterprise networks while driving incident management processes
• Collaborate across teams to establish connectivity standards for hybrid cloud environments
• Drive process automation and tooling enhancements for efficient operations

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Service Management and Service Delivery within network/connectivity operations
• Solid knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Level Management
• Strong understanding of enterprise network technologies such as SD-WAN, campus/datacenter LANs, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud integrations
• Exceptional communication skills with a customer-centric mindset and ability to manage stakeholders effectively
• Experience in vendor management, including contract negotiation and cost optimization for connectivity services
• Leadership qualities with a focus on fostering accountability and continuous improvement
