Manager, IT Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of IT engineers across network, identity, SaaS, and end-user systems
• Establish an engineering culture rooted in ownership, documentation, and automation
• Define and execute the corporate IT infrastructure roadmap in alignment with Security and Business Operations
• Define, track, and report on enterprise SLAs and KPIs to executive leadership
• Manage IT infrastructure capex/opex budget and lead vendor contract negotiations
• Oversee technical direction of corporate networks including LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN/SD-WAN, and Zero-Trust Network Access
• Drive Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs and automated workflows
• Serve as primary control owner for IT infrastructure supporting SOC 2 compliance

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience
• 2+ years of direct people management experience
• Proven track record of scaling IT infrastructure in high-growth environments
• Deep technical competency in enterprise networking (firewalls, switching, VPN/ZTNA, SD-WAN)
• Robust knowledge of identity platforms like Okta or Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS ecosystems and MDM
• Practical experience with security frameworks such as SOC 2
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, Okta Certified Administrator, CCNP)
• Familiarity with cloud platform infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
