Manager, IT Delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of technical staff responsible for designing, developing, testing, and monitoring software and tools
• Partner with business leaders to define project scope, requirements, and environmental needs
• Manage the full software delivery lifecycle, including planning, resource allocation, and budget management
• Act as a primary liaison between technical teams and business sponsors to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Identify and mitigate project risks while integrating cybersecurity best practices into all IT projects
• Drive continuous improvement by developing and implementing changes to department policies and procedures
• Monitor and report on service delivery metrics and overall team performance to senior management

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, software development, or IT service delivery
• Proven previous leadership experience managing technical teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Technical proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, ECS, Kubernetes, Kore.AI, Android, and iOS development
• Strong understanding of risk management, IT governance, and cybersecurity frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications
• Experience with enterprise IT solutions and cloud-based technologies
