Manager, IT Delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of technical staff responsible for designing, developing, testing, and monitoring software and tools
• Partner with business leaders to define project scope, requirements, and environmental needs
• Manage the full software delivery lifecycle, including planning, resource allocation, and budget management
• Act as a primary liaison between technical teams, IT, and business sponsors
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with information security policies
• Drive continuous improvement by developing and implementing new department policies and procedures
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate project progress and metrics to senior management

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management, software development, or IT service delivery
• Proven previous leadership experience managing technical teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in risk management, budgeting, and IT governance
• Technical proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, ECS, Kubernetes, Kore.AI, Android, and iOS development

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and IT compliance standards
