Manager, IT Delivery

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of technical support staff responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and monitoring software and tools
• Partner with business leaders to define project scope, requirements, and environmental needs
• Lead cross-functional teams and act as a primary liaison between technical teams and business sponsors
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Integrate cybersecurity best practices and advanced security measures into IT projects to safeguard company assets
• Monitor service delivery metrics and report on department performance and initiatives to senior management
• Hire, supervise, and provide guidance and training to crew members to support professional development

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, software development, or IT service delivery
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices
• Proficiency in risk management, budgeting, and IT governance
• Technical proficiency with Node.js, TypeScript, ECS, Kubernetes, Kore.AI, Android, and iOS development
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and IT compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications
