Manager, IT Client Endpoint Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of four engineers across client platform and applications
• Own the client platform strategy for macOS, Windows, and mobile fleets
• Manage MDM infrastructure, zero-touch deployment, and OS lifecycle
• Strengthen endpoint security in partnership with Corporate Security
• Oversee the SaaS application portfolio including Google Workspace, Slack, and Zendesk
• Drive automation through scripting, APIs, and workflow tooling
• Partner with HR, Legal, and Security to deliver enterprise IT solutions

Requirements

• Experience managing macOS and Windows client endpoint infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms like Jamf, Intune, BigFix, or AirWatch
• Proficiency in Bash or PowerShell scripting
• Familiarity with identity platforms like Okta
• Experience with SaaS administration (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
• Experience leading projects or small teams
• Knowledge of APIs and orchestration tools like Workato

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mobile device management (iOS/Android)
• Curiosity and experience leveraging AI tools for productivity
