Manager IT - BA

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics and direct-to-consumer (DTC) operations, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
• Manage DTC order fulfillment processes such as picking, packing, shipping, and returns management to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead and manage an offshore team, setting clear KPIs and providing mentorship to ensure high productivity and alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and technology vendors to drive operational excellence.
• Leverage technology solutions like WMS, TMS, and OMS to streamline operations and drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or DTC operations.
• 3+ years in a managerial or delivery-focused role.
• 2+ years of experience managing offshore or remote teams.
• Proficiency with logistics technology platforms such as WMS, TMS, or OMS.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad 4 days a week and support US EST time zone hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or PMP.
• Experience in the retail, e-commerce, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Knowledge of international logistics, including cross-border shipping and customs regulations.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management.
