Manager, Investor Relations

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation of an IR program aligned with company strategy
• Support message development to educate capital markets on corporate strategy and risks
• Assist in preparing investor presentations, press releases, call scripts, and Q&A documents
• Monitor sell-side consensus and analyze equity research models and valuation frameworks
• Track changes to shareholder base, investor sentiment, and peer performance
• Research and maintain institutional investor target lists and manage CRM
• Prepare executive-level briefing materials for investor conferences, roadshows, and earnings
• Manage relationships with third-party service providers
• Support digital IR strategy, including website maintenance and investor-facing social media

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in investor relations or financial communications
• Experience with IR analytics platforms such as Nasdaq IR Insight, FactSet/Irwin, or AlphaSense
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong research, analytical, and synthesis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the life sciences industry
• Deep intellectual curiosity regarding the biopharma sector and scientific landscape
