Manager, Investment Research Solutions

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of cross-asset research operating models, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Lead day-to-day oversight and coordination of external research processes to ensure effective governance, transparency, and operational control.
• Partner with Research Heads and investment stakeholders to deliver scalable support solutions and understand business priorities.
• Drive improvements in process efficiency, workflow optimization, data utilization, and analytical reporting.
• Identify operational risks and control gaps, supporting the implementation of robust and scalable controls.
• Produce structured analysis and management information to support oversight, decision-making, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and provide leadership and guidance to other team members.

Requirements

• Strong experience within asset management, investment research support, COO/business management, or related operational environments.
• Deep understanding of research governance, external research processes, and the operational landscape supporting investment teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex workstreams independently in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and data-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver meaningful insights.
• Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and working across multiple functions.
• Strong risk and control awareness with experience supporting well-governed operational processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting process improvement and operational change initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to research platforms and AI tooling.
• Proficiency in data visualization technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python.
• Experience with Bloomberg or AlphaSense.
