Manager, Internet Product Marketing

Responsibilities

• Support category P&L performance, including subscriber growth, revenue, and churn reduction
• Define and deliver customer value propositions grounded in customer insights and business capabilities
• Develop positioning and go-to-market strategies for new products and network capabilities
• Partner with Product Management, Design, and Engineering to define product requirements and features
• Devise and manage product roadmaps, including 3-year feature roadmaps and annual budgeting
• Lead customer research and competitive analysis to translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Drive end-to-end commercialization, including feasibility assessment, launch planning, and post-launch optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Technology, Customer Experience, Finance, and Sales to align on strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, product management, consulting, or corporate strategy
• Demonstrated ability to define and advocate for customer-centric value propositions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for influencing cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience working with emerging technologies or in fast-evolving industries
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for analysis and executive-level presentations
