About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for international sponsorship partners with multi-year agreements
  • Lead international partnership properties, managing contractual assets including branding, IP rights, activations, hospitality, events, and talent access
  • Develop and execute integrated activation plans across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Shape seasonal strategies and activation roadmaps to increase brand presence and commercial impact
  • Direct cross-functional collaboration among regional teams, internal stakeholders, partners, and agencies
  • Support the evaluation and development of new opportunities to expand the portfolio
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and monitor performance against key goals
  • Translate results into clear reporting, insights, and recommendations for senior leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sponsorships, sports and entertainment marketing, or a related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sports Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Demonstrated strength in communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization of multiple initiatives
  • Understanding of measurement, reporting, and analytics
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within enterprise-level or matrixed organizations
  • Experience partnering with or managing agency teams
  • Experience working with international teams and external partners
