Manager International Employment

Responsibilities

• Lead the International Employment Team in designing and managing a future-ready global employment and mobility program.
• Develop and maintain global policies and frameworks for assignments, permanent transfers, and remote cross-border work.
• Lead immigration strategy and tax policy, including tax equalization and social security coordination, in partnership with external advisors.
• Ensure compliant payroll and shadow payroll execution across various locations.
• Oversee the full assignee lifecycle, including cost projections, relocation logistics, and repatriation.
• Serve as an executive advisor to the People Team and business leaders on complex global employment cases.
• Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Lead and develop the Global Employment & Mobility team, building a high-performing center of expertise.

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven experience in global mobility, specifically focusing on international taxation, expatriation management, and payroll.
• Extensive knowledge of global employment laws and regulations.
• Deep expertise in personal income tax and individual tax matters in Belgium.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing global mobility policies and procedures.
• Strong project management abilities and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
