Manager, Internal Communications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of communications professionals, including design, video, and channel execution roles.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating business priorities into clear and compelling messaging.
• Own editorial standards and oversee all written, visual, and multimedia content to ensure brand alignment.
• Manage end-to-end communications infrastructure, including SharePoint/intranet, newsletters, and distribution lists.
• Drive the execution of communications from initial planning through to measurement and impact analysis.
• Support communications strategy for major divisional events and key business initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in internal communications strategy and execution.
• Proven experience translating complex business strategies into effective communications.
• Strong writing, editing, and editorial judgment skills.
• Experience managing communications channels and digital infrastructure.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven people leadership or team management experience.
• Experience managing creative resources such as design and video teams.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
