Manager Internal Communications

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the internal communication strategy and establish scalable formats and processes for the entire FlixTrain organization
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for leadership on sensitive or strategically relevant communication topics
• Drive the development of the intranet, central knowledge platforms, guidelines, and information portals
• Coordinate and implement internal communication measures in collaboration with Chief of Staffs, Executive Assistants, and other stakeholders
• Manage communication for the train crew primarily in German, while producing company-wide content mainly in English

Requirements

• Degree in Communication, Journalism, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Multi-year experience in internal or corporate communication, ideally within a dynamic scale-up or operational environment
• Strong strategic thinking, structured working style, and a keen sense for different stakeholders and communication scenarios
• Proficiency in using AI-supported tools to optimize communication workflows
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
