Manager - Internal Audit

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of internal audit engagements and programs across multiple clients
• Lead internal audit engagement teams to ensure high quality and insightful audits
• Develop external relationships and report to client stakeholders, including executive management and audit committees
• Provide expertise on risk management, corporate governance, business processes, and compliance
• Develop the skills and capabilities of junior team members through on-the-job training
• Support business development by contributing to Request for Tender responses and thought-leadership material

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated internal audit and risk experience
• Experience managing the delivery of internal audit engagements or programs
• Relevant qualifications or certifications, with CIA preferred
• Proven ability to manage and deliver internal audit projects to a high quality
• Strong working knowledge of internal audit and risk management methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report preparation and stakeholder presentation
• Strong attention to detail
