Manager, Internal Audit Quality and Excellence (IT Audits)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical and non-technical assurance and consulting engagements from planning to reporting
• Perform internal audit or advisory engagements covering Renewable Energy Portfolio Management
• Utilize advanced data analytics to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in financial and operational data
• Prepare and review risk and control matrices (RCM)
• Review work performed by field auditors and ensure completeness of work papers
• Manage client relationships and ensure audit satisfaction
• Oversee the implementation of the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP)
• Perform quality assurance reviews of audit reports and engagement files to ensure adherence to internal policies
• Arrange external third parties for mandatory quality assurance reviews

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in senior roles auditing IT or OT, business analysis, or program evaluation
• Experience in internal audit of corporate and business unit processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of internal auditing, accounting principles, and management principles
• Knowledge of the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and the IIA Code of Ethics

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as CISA, CISSP, CIA, or CRIC
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for a consultative approach
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams
