Manager, Internal Audit Quality and Excellence (IT Audits)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical and non-technical assurance and consulting engagements from planning through to reporting.
• Perform internal audit and advisory engagements covering Renewable Energy Portfolio Management to enhance process efficiency.
• Utilize advanced data analytics to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in financial and operational data.
• Oversee the implementation of the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP) across all engagements.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of audit reports, issue memos, and engagement files to ensure adherence to internal policies.
• Manage client relationships and develop action plans based on audit satisfaction surveys.
• Supervise fieldwork performed by internal and external audit service providers.
• Perform periodic self-assessments to validate conformance with IIA Standards and the Code of Ethics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in progressively senior roles involving IT/OT auditing, business analysis, or program evaluation.
• Proven experience in auditing corporate and business unit processes.
• Strong knowledge of the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and the IIA Code of Ethics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as CISA, CISSP, CIA, or CRIC.
• Experience in a consultative approach within a large corporate or multifunctional environment.
