Manager, Internal Audit

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Internal Audit Department
• Manage and conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits
• Plan, execute, and report on internal audits as a sole contributor or manager
• Identify and quantify risks through continuous monitoring processes
• Facilitate audit efforts with external auditors
• Ensure compliance with all policies, plans, procedures, and governing regulations
• Oversee the review and analysis of financial reports to ensure accuracy and safeguarding of assets
• Manage and develop department staff, including 8-15 employees

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a formal 4-year program
• Five years of related experience
• CPA or CIA certification
• Hospital experience preferred
