About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of audit engagements, including internal audits, SOX assistance, risk assessments, and maturity assessments for technology industry clients.
  • Manage the design and development of audit plans, programs, working papers, and internal audit reports.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor to staff, providing on-the-job training and professional development opportunities.
  • Identify and communicate performance improvement opportunities and leading practices to client senior management.
  • Assist in practice management activities, including resource allocation and career development decisions.
  • Build and maintain collaborative professional relationships with clients and engagement teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in assurance, controls, or corporate compliance (consulting, auditing, risk management, or operational roles).
  • Proven experience working with clients in the Technology industry.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an appropriate field.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to use data to resolve issues.
  • Strong knowledge of risk, controls, accounting, and/or IT operations, including GAAP, SOX, COSO, or COBIT frameworks.
  • Experience leading teams and managing complex projects.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation.
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) designation.
