Manager - Internal Audit

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform audit procedures, including data collection and evidence analysis
• Provide recommendations for process improvements using independent judgment
• Prepare accurate and objective internal audit reports and presentations for the Director
• Review systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Ensure the team maintains professional standards and the Code of Ethics for Internal Auditing
• Integrate risk management into the implementation of new processes and systems
• Prepare timely and accurate department statements and MIS reports

Requirements

• Proven experience in audit planning and execution
• Strong skills in evidence analysis and data collection
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management integration
• Expertise in internal audit reporting and communication
• Ability to maintain professional auditing standards and ethics
