Manager, Intellectual Property

Responsibilities

• Lead one to three high-stakes intellectual property cases simultaneously
• Manage teams of Associates and mentor junior team members to support professional growth
• Organize case research and complex data analysis to support economic reasoning
• Work with complex databases and raw client data using Stata, R, Databricks, and Microsoft Excel
• Calculate cost and damages estimates and analyze industry characteristics affecting market competition
• Consult with clients and private sources to obtain necessary data and investigate industries using online and government resources
• Review litigation and case documents to support expert testimony

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or Public Policy (MBA, MA, MS, or PhD preferred)
• 4-6 years of experience in a consulting firm, law firm, regulatory agency, or corporate advisory role
• Proven experience working on high-profile intellectual property matters
• Strong project management and client-facing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly to non-experts
• Authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship in the future
