About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives, pipeline goals, and regional priorities.
- Lead multi-channel programs across digital, webinars, CXO roundtables, email, social, and 1-F ABM initiatives.
- Drive end-to-end virtual programs including content creation, promotion, speaker management, and follow-up.
- Partner closely with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and regional teams for successful campaign execution.
- Track and optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights, reporting, and ROI analysis.
- Manage campaign calendars, messaging, agencies, vendors, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling campaign assets and customer-centric messaging.
- Track marketing KPIs including engagement, MQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, demand generation, or campaign management.
- Proven experience executing successful integrated campaigns across multiple channels for multi-million dollar businesses.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and customer journey orchestration.
- Experience working closely with Sales and cross-functional global teams.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise technology, or customer experience industries.
- Familiarity with ABM platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels including paid media, email marketing, social media, and webinars.
- Experience managing executive-level campaigns or strategic industry initiatives.
