Manager, Integrated Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic positioning for Petco’s Health & Wellness offerings using customer data, business performance, and competitive intelligence.
• Drive the marketing planning process, including the creation and ownership of integrated marketing plans and budgets.
• Orchestrate enterprise-wide integrated marketing activations in partnership with cross-functional business and marketing leaders.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing briefs across all channels, including media, email, and in-store signage, to drive traffic and sales.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Integrated Marketers to support brand activities.
• Partner with agencies and in-house creative teams to evaluate creative work against strategic briefs.
• Manage media and production budgets, including monthly and quarterly planning and reconciliation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a B2C marketing leader, ideally within an integrated marketing or agency environment.
• Proven experience in people management, including hiring and developing direct and indirect reports.
• Deep expertise in the end-to-end integrated marketing process, from strategic planning to tactical execution.
• Strong financial management skills with experience overseeing media and production budgets.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and present to all levels of management.
