Manager - Instructional Designer L&D

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end learning solutions including eLearning, instructor-led training, microlearning, and blended programs
• Conduct training needs analysis and translate business requirements into learning strategies
• Create instructional design documents, storyboards, and learning blueprints
• Collaborate with SMEs to convert complex content into engaging learning experiences
• Guide graphic designers and eLearning developers during course development
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)
• Ensure learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and evaluation
• Mentor junior instructional designers and review their deliverables
• Manage multiple concurrent learning projects in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
• 5-7 years of Instructional Design experience
• Experience in corporate L&D environments
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Captivate
• Strong LMS experience
• Expertise in storyboarding and curriculum design
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and learning science
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
• Exposure to learning analytics and evaluation frameworks
