About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight to field execution teams, including Divers, Rope Access, NDE Inspection, Drone Operations, and Remote Inspections Engineering.
- Manage and lead remote inspection and maintenance campaigns end-to-end, from planning and readiness reviews to execution and close-out.
- Implement a structured maintenance strategy to transition from reactive "break-fix" work to campaign-based execution.
- Support First Line Managers with field execution planning, including scheduling, logistics, and constraint management.
- Ensure strong field governance, safety compliance, and regulatory adherence across Nuclear and Renewable Generation environments.
- Optimize resource allocation and performance to ensure activities are delivered within budget and at minimum practical cost.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning and execution processes.
Requirements
- College or University degree in Business Administration or a related technical discipline (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 3+ years of direct people leadership experience, including performance management, coaching, and workforce planning.
- 7+ years of field operations experience in maintenance or inspection within industrial or regulated environments (e.g., nuclear, utilities, mining, or construction).
- Proven experience in end-to-end project planning and execution, including scope definition, scheduling, and logistics.
- Strong knowledge of work management and control disciplines, such as permits, hazard controls, and pre-job briefs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and stakeholders in a complex environment.
